Light Industrial Superintendent:
Lead daily field operations on commercial and light industrial construction projects Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain production goals Conduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and progress documentation Run on-site meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractors Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant jobsite Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward Review construction drawings, detect conflicts, and coordinate solutions with project teams Track material deliveries and manage site logistics Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead toolbox talks Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or light industrial construction Tilt wall, warehouse, distribution center, cold storage experience preferred Proven track record managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling sequences Excellent communication skills with project teams, clients, and trades Ability to maintain accountability and performance in a fast-paced jobsite environment OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What's on Offer Compensation & Benefits•
