Job Description

Project Manager/Sr Project Manager - Columbus, OH A well-established commercial General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up projects averaging $40M+. This opportunity offers a strong pipeline of diverse commercial work and long-term career growth with a highly respected builder in the region.
Project Experience:
Ground-up commercial construction experience required Diverse background in industrial, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, or large commercial projects Experience managing projects $30M-$80M+ preferred Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary ranging from $120K-$165K+ DOE bonus structure Vehicle allowance/company vehicle Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company contribution Long-term advancement opportunities with a stable, growth-focused general contractor
