Job Description

Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is Northeast Ohio's leading home service company. We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service & Sales Manager to lead our Plumbing Department. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, developing technicians, driving sales performance, improving KPIs, and achieving departmental revenue and profitability goals. Benefits Highly competitive pay Career development and leadership training Growth and advancement opportunities Two weeks paid vacation in your first year Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) Company vehicle Cell phone reimbursement Paid holidays Bonuses and incentive opportunities Company-provided iPad and uniforms Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead Plumbing Service Technicians Teams Recruit, interview, train, coach, and evaluate field personnel Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching sessions with technicians Provide real-time feedback on sales performance, communication, and customer interactions Coach technicians on memberships, financing options, close rates, average ticket, and revenue generation Lead by example through field visits and customer interactions when needed Monitor technician KPIs and develop action plans for improvement Manage workload, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and manpower utilization Ensure repairs and installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Facilitate weekly meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Support onboarding and development of new technicians Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and safety procedures Manage departmental budgets and achieve gross margin goals Identify revenue opportunities and drive department growth Retain and grow Club Membership clients Review and approve new products, services, and sales initiatives Provide leadership with reporting on department performance, market trends, and growth opportunities Promote and teach
Wilson's Core Values:
