• Manage and actively participate in event setup, daily operation, and breakdown
• Supervise event staff and enforce safety guidelines
• Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
• Report any incidents, issues, or post-event feedback to management

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to travel within the state; out-of-state travel is a plus
• Have a truck? Huge plus!

• New graduates are welcome; no prior supervisory experience is required .

This is a hands-on role and training will be provided.
