Job DescriptionAs the Construction Manager - Electrical, this role supports the Electric division by providing on-site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. You'll be responsible for overseeing crews, managing field operations, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the life of a project. Success in this role means delivering a well-coordinated job site that stays on schedule and meets performance expectations, all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You'll DoAs the Construction Manager - Electrical, you'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safetyOversee and report daily progress to the project teamInterpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standardsSupport project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvalsCoordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurementSupervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budgetConduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completionEnforce safety protocols and document incidentsProvide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnelParticipate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategiesReview timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountabilityLead by example and jump in on-site when neededBuild and maintain a 3-week lookahead scheduleAct as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visitsSupport documentation, change orders, and construction-related administrationQualificationsWhat You'll Bring As the Construction Manager - Electrical, you're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Successful candidates typically bring:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/educationIndustrial electrical construction experience (Required)Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scopeStrong communication skills across teams and stakeholdersCompetency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight staysValid driver's license with a strong driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkAdditional InformationPay Range We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in. 
Pay Range:
$115k - $150k plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
