This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety. Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation. Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction. Outstanding communication and time management skills. Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surface. Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
Preferred:
Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use standard business software and systems.
