Duties Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Oversee daily site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control inspections. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of design intent. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress. Manage contracts and change orders efficiently while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to ensure electrical systems meet specifications; implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven management experience supervising commercial construction sites with a track record of successful project delivery. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Primavera. Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project scheduling. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards aligned with OSHA regulations. Hands-on experience with construction site operations such as site setup, safety protocols, quality assurance, and troubleshooting technical issues like electrical systems using ohmmeters. Familiarity with contracts management and the ability to oversee subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with project specifications. Supervising experience in heavy civil or commercial projects involving pipeline work or similar infrastructure is highly desirable.
