Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Install Coordinator to support our HVAC, plumbing, and electric install teams. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales team, install technicians, and customers

• ensuring a seamless experience from sold job to completed installation.

You'll manage schedules, order equipment, and keep everyone in the loop. What You'll Do Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installs Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, explain expectations, and follow up post-install Order and track equipment and materials for upcoming jobs Work closely with Comfort Advisors and department leads to ensure accuracy of job details and timelines Maintain detailed records in our dispatching and CRM system Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to the schedule as needed Handle customer questions and service requests with professionalism and urgency Support installers with necessary documentation, permits, and project logistics Track completion of jobs and prepare information for billing and review What We're Looking For Experience in scheduling, coordination, or dispatch —preferably in a home services or construction environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) High attention to detail and follow-through Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Career growth opportunities
