Commercial Superintendent

Commercial Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Enforce job site safety in accordance with OSHA and company standards Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with project managers and clients Monitor quality control and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and industry standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects Background in diverse project @types such as office, retail, healthcare, or industrial Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Strong pipeline of diverse commercial projects Stable company with long-term growth opportunities
