Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management and scheduling software. AMTRA Construction is in its early days, but we expect to grow quickly. Join our team now and work closely with the ownership team to decide best processes and what jobs we work on. Duties Prepare bids for jobs we are competing to win Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow Develop detailed project schedules to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify specifications and scope of work Utilize construction management software for document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and progress tracking Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize resources and costs Subcontractor AIA document management Client relations In addition to these tasks, we have a sister property management company. We need someone dynamic that is comfortable helping with property management as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale sites Strong financial literacy Proficiency in project scheduling; experience with Schematics reading is essential Familiarity with construction estimating tools and ability to interpret blueprints Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Strong understanding of contracts, change management processes, and construction law principles Ability to utilize construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Construction management software platforms for document control and communication Effective communication skills for clear project reporting and stakeholder engagement Join our team as a Construction Project Manager if you're passionate about leading impactful projects that shape communities! Pay:
$67,500.00 - $87,500.00 per year
