Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with public works projects responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation -- from Preconstruction through completion.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
Manage change orders and RFIs, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
QualificationsProven experience in commercial construction project managementExperience with public works and government projectsGround-up construction experienceStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
