Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent)

Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) Experienced Construction Manager with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within operating wafer manufacturing facilities, meeting client deliverables, and schedule needs. 4+ years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work. Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination to meet client milestone dates. Experience working in client facing roles, managing client expectations and needs. Familiarity working with A&E firms and reading and interpreting design packages for the install of semiconductor tooling and systems. Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives.
