Job Description

•This can be a Direct Hire or Temp-Hire position •NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting an experienced Commercial Supervisor/Foreman for a company how does foundation work, basement & wall repair, concrete reinforcement, lifting & repair as well as Seismic Retrofitting to lead their commercial crew on jobsites across Oregon & Washington - relocation provided:
JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Work alongside crew member performing commercial foundation work: helical pile installation, steel pile driving, and micro-pile/rock anchor installation. Operate heavy equipment as needed (excavator, skid steer, reach forklift, drilling equipment). Welding and fabrication on site as required. Travel and stay overnight as jobsite locations driving company vehicles required: 80%. Plan and sequence each job in coordination with the project manager and office. Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew logistics ahead of mobilization. Communicate progress, schedule changes, and field issues back to the office. Verify site conditions match the plans; flag conflicts early.
Own jobsite safety:
daily JHAs, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning. Enforce PPE requirements and Ram Jack West safety policies. Maintain site safety documentation and incident reporting. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable state regulations. 5+ years of construction experience; supervisor / crew lead experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean record: CDL is a huge plus. Must be capable of heavy lifting with a willingness to perform physical labor. Willingness to travel and stay overnight across Oregon and Washington.
