Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Lead to oversee complex structural repair and foundation reinforcement projects. You will drive project success by managing field operations, ensuring high-quality execution of deep foundation installations, and fostering a culture of safety across diverse commercial job sites. Responsibilities Direct field crews in the installation of helical piles, steel piles, and micro-pile/rock anchor systems to ensure structural integrity. Operate heavy machinery including excavators, skid steers, and specialized drilling equipment to maintain project timelines. Execute on-site welding and fabrication tasks to meet precise engineering specifications. Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment mobilization, and crew scheduling to optimize site productivity. Proactively identify site conflicts and communicate progress updates to project management to prevent delays. Lead daily safety briefings, conduct thorough job hazard analyses, and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with a proven track record in leadership or crew supervision. Proficiency in heavy equipment operation and on-site metal fabrication. Ability to travel frequently to various project locations and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience in seismic retrofitting or specialized foundation repair. Strong background in reading and interpreting complex structural blueprints.
