As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and various trade skills will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic renovation projects, showcase your craftsmanship, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project work accurately. Oversee construction inspection activities to verify compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety regulations. Perform or supervise skilled trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, fixture installation, and painting. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion. Ensure all work meets quality standards through regular inspections and troubleshooting issues proactively. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, drywall, flooring, tiling or related trades. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, inspection procedures, and safety protocols. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members clearly and professionally. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for site visits across multiple locations. Certification or experience in plumbing or electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
