Since 1979, Precision Landscape Services has been delighting clients with exceptional landscape solutions. The company is looking to bring on a growth-minded Landscape Construction Sales & Project Manager. He or She will be responsible for setting up appointments to visit with clients, writing up agreements, and overseeing the projects. Must have past experience in the type of position. The required hours will be 40 hours/week (flexible work schedule). The total compensation will include base salary, commissions (no cap), and an annual bonus (no cap). The target for annual compensation is over $90,000.

Responsibilities:

Strong sales experience / customer relations Experience with landscape design: residential and commercial Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage a landscape construction crew Project management experience Strong organizational skills and work ethic Self-motivated in keeping up with daily work schedule

4 years of landscape construction project management experience 3 years of landscape construction sales quota responsibility Must have a valid driver's license for use of a company vehicle
