$100,000 - $145,000 base (DOE) + benefits About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has a strong grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and bid reviews Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction Proven track record managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What They Offer Competitive base salary ($100K-$145K depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement
