In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, resources, and schedules while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape large-scale construction initiatives and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software to track progress and milestones Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy Manage project budgets by performing construction estimating and cost control analysis using HeavyBid or similar software Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in diverse environments Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other industry-standard tools Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Deep understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and subcontractor management Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Proven expertise in project scheduling and resource allocation for large-scale construction projects Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Experiance with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
