We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Planning Coordinator to support field operations by managing manpower planning, workforce allocation, and communication across active construction projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring job sites are properly staffed, workforce data is accurate, and field teams are supported to meet project timelines and goals. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage manpower schedules, forecasts, and workforce assignments across job sites. Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to align staffing needs with project demands. Track employee availability, locations, skills, and certifications; maintain accurate workforce records. Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing requests and communicate job site details to field personnel. Maintain clear, timely communication between field teams and project leadership. Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements, including hotel accommodations, for field staff as needed. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; prepare reports on workforce utilization and projections. Manage workforce planning in Procore, ensure data accuracy, and provide user support and training. Support field employees and handle day-to-day communications, scheduling, and time-off tracking. Assist with administrative tasks, including correspondence, office coordination, and general support functions. Partner with HR on staffing needs, onboarding coordination, and workforce-related matters. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Promote a professional, team-oriented work environment and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience in workforce coordination or a similar role, preferably in construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field preferred OSHA 10 certification preferred Proficiency in workforce management systems (Procore preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, etc. Strong understanding of construction workflows and manpower planning Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards preferred Knowledge and Skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think proactively Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurances Life and Oher Voluntary Insurances 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Holidays Merit Shop Contractor Continuous Training Courses Leonard S.
