Pay Range:
$65/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Managing project risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies. Procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites. Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors. Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
10+ years Aerial Lines experience. Ability to oversee multiple crews. Ability to liaise between crews, PM's, engineers, and project construction management Driver s License, Working Vehicle, Ability to be out onsite at worksites in all weather conditions. Ability to understand Client s safety and construction standards and verify crews are following these standards. 10+ years experience in Aerial Lines construction Our client is a leading Utility Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
