Rental Turn Manager (Bilingual Spanish Required)

We are a real estate investment company seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking required) Rental Turn Manager to oversee residential renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, understands construction workflows, and can keep projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage residential rehab projects from start to finish, including house flips and rental turns Coordinate and schedule contractors, trades, vendors, and inspections Create and manage renovation budgets and project timelines Perform site visits to ensure quality, progress, and job site safety Source materials and oversee deliveries Resolve issues impacting cost, timeline, or quality Provide weekly project updates to ownership Ensure properties are market-ready and meet resale or rental standards Oversee new construction projects from pre-construction and permitting through completion and sale Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking contractors, vendors, and team members Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience managing residential renovations, property flips, or rental turns Strong knowledge of construction, rehab processes, and building materials Ability to read scopes of work and enforce timelines Experience managing subcontractors and vendors Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites Experience with project management tools and spreadsheets preferred Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
