$120K-$130K Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in King of Prussia, PA area on their search for a Superintendent for Retail, Restaurants, Sr Living, Industrial projects up to $50MM . The Superintendent will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and project milestones Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met Manage site on a daily basis to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes Prepare and submit project progress reports, change orders, submittals, RFI's, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation through
Procore Skills & Qualifications:
