Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Painter to lead and execute high-quality painting projects on construction sites. This role combines hands-on painting expertise with strong leadership skills to supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional results within project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and painting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment. Duties Lead and supervise painting crews on various construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine scope of work and required materials Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed Apply paints, stains, finishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools with precision and attention to detail Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to meet specifications and safety standards Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project Experience Proven experience as a painter in construction environments with a strong understanding of industrial and commercial painting techniques Supervisory or management experience leading teams on large-scale projects Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for construction site safety OSHA 30 Certification Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong background in quality control procedures and ensuring adherence to project specifications Join us as a Foreman/Painter to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding craftsmanship on every project.
