This role is vital in ensuring that fencing installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of project management principles. As a Commercial Fence Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering exceptional results on every project while staying in budget Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites, coordinating crews and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate fence installation aligned with project specifications Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a secure work environment Monitor project budgets and control costs through effective management of materials, labor, and equipment including heavy machinery like Ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process, ensuring adherence to schematics, contracts, and industry standards Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Proven management experience in construction supervision, particularly in fencing or heavy civil projects Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance

MUST HAVE OSHA 30

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards Excellent organizational skills with experience in budgeting, contract management, and project planning

MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A FENCE FOREMAN
