We are seeking a talented Commercial Roofing Estimator to oversee and coordinate projects of varying size and complexity.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance. Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services necessary for project execution. Lead project meetings, effectively communicating project status, issues, and resolutions. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience in commercial roofing project management. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).
