GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for coordinating the oversight of the Woodloch Builders organization, focusing on quality craftsmanship, development of sales, personnel management, and financial success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Approximately 45-50 hours per week, hours will vary dependent on business needs. Ensure the quality of home builds and renovations meet the WL Builders standards, including appropriate site work and construction Ensure estimates are completed accurately and quickly to meet the needs of both the customer and WL Builders (Builders Trends experience preferred) Work with Project Managers to ensure they are supported in managing their assigned building project, including regular meetings and communication Needs to have a strong understanding of PA building codes, OSHA laws, and other regulations as they pertain to construction in PA Be an active part of the revenue creation for WL Builders—work with WL Real Estate, soft sell by having inspections completed, develop a presence within WL Communities Responsible for the review of monthly financials statements—work with WL accounting to address any discrepancies Needs to be responsive to the needs of the Director of Woodloch Communities to address issues and needs of the community quickly and appropriately regular communication also required Work closely with Woodloch Communities' Manager to ensure all community issues are addressed quickly and appropriately Provide strong leadership, motivation, and support to entire WL team Active involvement with building clients to answer questions on contracts, rectify questions or deficiencies, and promote future businessSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking for a minimum of 10 years of experience in the building industry. Ideally having experience in all aspects of building process (sales, estimating, and construction).LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to articulate business concepts, processes, procedures and policies in a diplomatic manner.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and general mathematics required. Comfortability in reviewing financial statements is preferred.REASONING ABILITY
Resume should reflect history of positions that require daily leadership and decisive actions .COMPUTER SKILLS
Functional computer skills are required to perform job responsibilities. Knowledge of Microsoft products and Builders Trends preferred.CERTICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Understanding of PA Building Codes, OSHA laws, and other building regulatory guidelines is necessary.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands for this position involve being able to balance sitting and working in the office, driving to and from job sites, and being able to walk and inspect all levels of job sites.
