Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager based in Penn Township, PA. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for: Following up on job leads Project take offs, using both blueprints and computer take off software Pricing for jobs, such as site development, utility installation and concrete jobs Managing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Contact management, change orders, subcontracts, scheduling, budgets Review productivity and profitability of tasks and jobs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field such as Construction Management or Business Management is preferred 3+ years' experience in civil construction is required Experience with various types of civil work including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment controls, bulk earthwork, wet utility (sanitary sewers, storm sewers, waterline), dry utility installation (electric, telephone, cable) Proficiency in cost estimation, project planning, and budget management Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety regulations Skills in communication, problem solving, and relationship management with stakeholders Experience in project oversight, contact negotiation, and team coordination Proficiency in project management software and relevant tolls Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellence organizational and analytical skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
