- Time recession proof employment Our Servpro Team is seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Project and Client Coordination skills- Will be scheduling initial site visits for Project Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the stages of the reconstruction project. Administrative and Contract Support
- Will be responsible for preparing, sending, and tracking contracts and authorizing documents to our customers. Ensuring all required paperwork is completed, signed, and properly filed. Will be expected to maintain organized digital job files (estimates, photos, communications, and insurance documents). Insurance and Adjuster Communication
- Responsible for communication with insurance adjusters and sending documentation on behalf of the Construction Project Manager (estimates, photos, invoices etc.). Estimate and Xactimate Support
- Review Xactimate estimates at the basic level to understand the scope of work for the construction project. Scheduling and Workflow Management
- Responsible for monitoring project timelines and help ensure key milestones are met. Internal team support
- Will function as a liaison between office staff, field team, and Construction.
Must Haves:
Experience working in the customer service field. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Basic Microsoft office skills Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills Preferred skills: Familiarity with Xactimate Basic understanding of construction/restoration processHourly Rate:
$20.00- $ 22.
Work hours:
Monday- Friday 9am
