Group Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead and engage children (grades K-6) in structured activities Supervise and schedule staff Communicate with families and follow PA DHS regulations Ensure safety, support social/emotional development Indoor/outdoor supervision, behavioral guidance, progress monitoring
Requirements :
Associate's degree (or higher) in Early Childhood, Elementary Ed., or related field Experience working with children Strong communication and organization skills Ability to lift to 20 lbs., respond to emergencies, and complete required clearances Complete required training as per DHS regulations
