Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide construction management support for industrial field service contractor and shop fabricator. Perform industrial piping and mechanical estimating for field and in-house fabrication projects ranging in size from $10,000 up to $3,000,000. Review of bid packages, project specifications, and drawings and prepare proposal documents including pricing, schedule and technical clarifications. Collaborate with project supervision to assist in management of all phases of projects including planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary in order to maintain a schedule and budget targets. Prepare change orders as required. Ensure the flow of project information is coordinated and maintained throughout the duration of the project. Assist with oversight of project quality control management, troubleshooting and safety matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction engineering with a minimum 5-7 years of management experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, power generation petrochemical, or similar industry. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of mechanical estimating and project management. Ideal candidate will understand piping and pressure vessel construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, ability to work under tight deadlines, and the ability to prepare estimates with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license required. Some travel to project sites required. Please submit resume and salary requirements.
