Production Manager

Production Manager - Lead the Way in Window Installation Excellence At Renewal by Andersen , we don't just replace windows—we transform homes and lives. We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Production Manager to lead our installation and warehouse operations. This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. In this role, you will serve as the primary leader for our Installation and Warehouse teams, reporting directly to the Field Operations Manager. You will play a key role in overseeing the full project lifecycle—from post-sale coordination through final accounting—while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. A strong focus on customer satisfaction will be essential. You'll coach your teams to maintain an NPS of 85% or higher, analyze Medallia feedback, and proactively address opportunities for improvement. You'll also be hands-on with interviewing, onboarding, and training new installers and service personnel. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, coach, and support installation teams to deliver top-tier service and craftsmanship Coordinate job preparation, including paperwork, materials, and product readiness Interview, hire, train, and onboard new installation and service team members Resolve customer concerns and manage escalations as needed Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Internal Operations to ensure seamless project execution Conduct field visits to inspect work quality and support installers and service technicians

What We're Looking For:

Experience in window and door installation or general construction (preferred) Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work effectively both in the field and in an office environment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands Team-oriented, hands-on leadership style Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Why Join Renewal by
