Construction Manager

job summary: Our client is seeking a Construction Manager in Mercer, PA to oversee a specialized utility plant expansion. This contract role requires a professional with mechanical expertise to manage the installation of chilled water systems and rooftop units. Candidates must pass a background check for facility clearance and be prepared for a consistent four-day, ten-hour work week schedule.

Mercer, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $50 - 60 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of lighting and mechanical systems projects, including the build-out of a central utility plant.

Monitor subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to OSHA, Federal, State, and Department of Corrections safety regulations.

Oversee the installation of rooftop units and chilled water systems while proactively solving quality and site issues.

Maintain excellent communication with project owners and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction on every job.

Manage daily site operations and project documentation throughout the duration of the one-year contract.
