The Role We're Hiring For We are hiring a Roofing Site Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This is NOT a labor role. You are not spending all day installing roofs.

You are:

leading crews managing multiple jobs communicating with homeowners solving field problems keeping projects organized making sure jobs get completed the right way Some days you may oversee one large project. Other days you may manage multiple active jobs at once. You will work directly with company leadership and play a major role in customer experience, production quality, and overall job success.
