Traveling Superintendent

Join a rapidly growing, privately owned general contractor as a Traveling Superintendent , based remotely with upcoming projects along the Atlantic Coast, including the next project in Philadelphia, PA. This midsize, family-oriented company has built a strong reputation for retaining its people, avoiding layoffs, and delivering commercial, retail, hospitality, medical, industrial, and interior projects while expanding into ground-up retail work. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent position include: 7+ years of industry experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management company. Must have ground-up construction experience, not just tenant build-outs. Site work and underground experience is preferred. Oversee ground-up retail projects averaging 8,000-15,000 square feet and $4M-$8M in value. Coordinate, plan, and supervise project field activities with subcontractors, laborers, and tradesmen. Maintain project schedules, 3-week lookaheads, quality control, site cleanliness, and project documentation. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, safety policies, and OSHA standards. Proficiency with Procore and MS Project is preferred.

Salary :

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
