HVAC Project Manager As an HVAC Project Manager at Vision Mechanical Inc., you will be responsible for the overall management of assigned construction projects, with full accountability to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Vision Mechanical Inc. quality standards and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, organizational skills, and client communication skills.

HVAC Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Vision Mechanical quality standards. Maintain full financial accountability, including job costing, labor management, invoice review, and monthly billing oversight. Lead and support foremen and field teams through coaching, performance management, and problem-solving. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure strong communication and customer satisfaction. Oversee project documentation and workflows, change orders, schedules, daily logs, and photos. Enforce Vision Mechanical safety programs and promote a strong jobsite safety culture. Ensure quality control across all project phases and manage closeout deliverables such as O&M manuals and final closeout documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager, or relevant work experience Strong financial and job costing management experience Leadership experience managing foremen and field teams Proficiency with ProCore and other construction project management systems is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
