This role is responsible for coordinating crews, materials, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, roofing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with crews, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day production of roofing projects from start to completion Schedule and manage roofing crews, subcontractors, and labor resources Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job-site logistics Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Serve as the main point of contact between crews, sales teams, and homeowners during production Address and resolve job-site issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and production reports Manage punch lists, warranty items, and final project closeouts Assist with training and performance management of crews as needed Qualifications Proven experience in roofing production, project management, or construction management Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills with crews, homeowners, and internal teams Ability to read and interpret contracts, scopes of work, and job specifications Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and production management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in the field and visit job sites regularly OSHA certification or safety training preferred (or willingness to obtain) Project Site Manager Red Lion, PA 17356 $50,000
