Kelly Engineering is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee installation phases and ensure project success. This role manages low-voltage subcontractors, coordinates with internal teams, and works closely with general contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead low-voltage subcontractor scope, schedule, and installation for material handling systems Deliver installation scope on time and within budget, aligned with Project Manager targets Coordinate communication between client, subcontractors, and internal teams Support labor planning and quality control to meet schedule and budget goals Manage scope, ensure contract compliance, and handle change orders Track budgets, forecast costs, and prevent overruns Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
What You'll Need:
BS in Engineering (or equivalent) 10+ years in construction/project management Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods Experience with industrial controls or related industries Experience managing subcontractors and construction projects Nice to
Have:
Low-voltage installation knowledge (conduit, cabling, etc.) Experience with MS Project or similar tools Background in control systems, HMI, or MHE projects Experience in distribution centers or intralogistics environments All applicants applying for this job opening must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have US residency at the time of application.
