Job Description:

Field Performance Advisor - Telecom Construction & Supplier Performance Drive supplier and contractor performance across wireless telecom construction projects through field audits, site inspections, and KPI analysis. Conduct QA/QC reviews, safety compliance checks, COP validation, and construction quality assessments for macro and small cell deployments. Partner with construction managers, project teams, and suppliers to resolve site issues, improve cycle times, and enhance build quality and operational efficiency. Support telecom deployment activities including civil works, fiber/backhaul, site integration, tool utilization, and customer construction standards compliance. Utilize Site Tracker, Power BI, and field performance metrics to identify process improvements, monitor supplier effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiatives
