Construction Project Manager MacBracey
JOB DESCRIPTION
MacBracey Corporation is a commercial General Contractor based in Washington, PA. MacBracey Corporation is seeking a full time Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for management, budgeting, scheduling, and oversight of all aspects of construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to final close out Managing budgets, cost codes, and accounting for projects Coordinate and schedule field employees and subcontractors Create and maintain project schedules Identify and mitigate potential issues with construction projects Create and complete all submittals, close out docs, and contract documentation Negotiate and issue all subcontracts and purchase orders Attend all preconstruction and job meetings Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to owner satisfaction
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Advanced knowledge in construction practices and construction management Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications Proficient in conflict management and risk mitigation Excellent time management skills Excellent accounting and budgeting skills Willing to learn and advance knowledge of construction practices Ability to run $2.5mil project
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as detailed below: High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years' experience in construction project management Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook preferred
