IntegriBuilt, a leader in commercial roofing in North Texas since 1988, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on a culture where integrity is not just a buzzword but a guiding principle that shapes every aspect of our business. Role Description You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your exceptional sales and customer relationship skills. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand our commercial roofing customer base. You'll also conduct on-site inspections and assessments, educate business owners and property managers on the latest roofing technologies, prepare detailed, transparent and competitive proposals and foster strong and lasting relationships with customers. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Ability to conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to safely walk on a roof to perform inspections. Benefits
