Our intentional culture, strategy, and redemptive business model are the reason we continue to be the go-to specialist for restoration in the commercial roofing industry About the Role We're looking for a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support our construction and operations team. This role is responsible for managing the administrative and workflow side of projects—from handoff through closeout—with a focus on permitting, documentation, scheduling coordination, and communication. You'll play a key role in creating structure, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring projects move smoothly through a clearly defined process. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and great at keeping things organized across multiple moving pieces, this role is for you. This position is based out of the Dayton, OH or the Indianapolis, IN area. After initial onboarding and training, the role will transition into a hybrid work environment (mix of in-office and work-from-home). Some travel may be required during the initial onboarding and training period. What You'll Do Coordinate permitting and handle communication with city/county offices Set up and manage projects within our workflow system (Monday.com) Organize project documentation and maintain accurate, accessible records Support pre-construction coordination, including scheduling and kickoff calls Track project readiness and keep internal teams aligned Assist with scheduling visibility and production planning Manage project closeout, including warranties and final documentation Follow up consistently to ensure nothing falls through the cracks What We're Looking For Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience in construction, operations, or project coordination (preferred) Degree preferred, but not required depending on experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset Self-starter who can dig for answers, problem-solve proactively, and take ownership without constant direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, spreadsheets, or similar systems •Degree preferred, but not required depending on experience•What Success Looks Like Projects move smoothly from start to finish with clear documentation Permits and requirements are handled proactively Teams have strong visibility into project status Communication is timely, organized, and professional Operations run more efficiently with fewer bottlenecks Benefits & Work Environment Hybrid work environment after onboarding (in-office + remote flexibility) Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA with company match 401(k) with company match Open PTO policy and paid holidays Company-provided phone Internal training and development opportunities Opportunity for growth and advancement within a scaling company Immediate ability to make a meaningful impact on a small, growing team Why This Role Matters We're at a stage where improving communication, documentation, and workflow clarity has a direct impact on our ability to scale.
