Construction Manager 5 | Remote U.S Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction / Early Works Delivery team supporting Data Center Campus Development and Infrastructure Delivery Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, deep construction expertise in heavy civil works, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Oversee constructability review and coordination for Early Works data center campus projects Act as construction subject matter expert during design development with AE firms and stakeholders Identify construction risks, cost impacts, and schedule implications early in the project lifecycle Review plans, drawings, and exhibits to ensure they are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with field conditions Coordinate with internal teams (Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Operations) and external contractors to ensure delivery alignment ✅ What's Needed? 15+ years of experience in construction management, including heavy civil construction and large capital projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong experience with construction means and methods, including earthworks, grading, demolition, and site preparation 10+ years experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and managing project cost/schedule Experience with large-scale or mission-critical infrastructure projects (data centers preferred) Benefits (After Eligibility Period) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance & Disability Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Weekly Pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
