Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Rochester, NY (required);
• Experience working as Construction Manager
• Experience in directing EPC's and subcontractors
• Experience with NYSERDA incentives

Responsibilities :

• Direct and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with scope, quality, and safety standards
• Become thoroughly familiar with NYSERDA incentive programs and integrate requirements into project planning and delivery
• Manage projects to completion within allocated timelines, budgets, and performance targets
• Participate in client, stakeholder, and internal meetings to coordinate activities and align project objectives
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with NYSERDA guidelines and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity Why apply?
