9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional Saturday availability for client scheduling (remote) This role is currently hybrid (remote + field coordination) and will transition to primarily in-office once our new office space is finalized. Job Overview OCD Plan & Build Inc. is seeking a Construction Sales Coordinator to manage incoming leads, qualify opportunities, and dispatch sales estimators to project consultations. This role supports the company's sales pipeline by ensuring leads are properly tracked, scheduled, and followed up within the CRM system. You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in maintaining consistent lead flow and operational organization. This is a performance-driven role with measurable impact on company growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Intake & Qualification Respond to inbound construction inquiries Collect project scope details and pre-qualify leads Determine project viability before scheduling Dispatch & Scheduling Schedule and dispatch sales estimators to qualified leads Coordinate calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts Maintain efficient appointment flow CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records Track lead stages, response times, and follow-ups Ensure all leads remain organized and visible in the pipeline Follow-Up & Conversion Support Follow up on pending estimates Re-engage stalled leads Maintain communication until project close or disqualification Lead Generation Support Assist with basic digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) Coordinate with marketing support to stabilize lead flow Reporting Prepare weekly pipeline reports Track lead volume and conversion metrics Identify bottlenecks and operational improvements Requirements 2+ years experience in a construction office environment Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or lead management Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent communication with clients and team members Comfortable working directly with executive leadership Basic familiarity with digital advertising platforms preferred Preferred Experience supporting construction sales teams or estimators Familiarity with residential and commercial contractor workflow Basic understanding of digital lead sources (Google, website, social media) Spanish speaking is a plus Ideal Candidate Proactive and self-driven Systems-oriented and highly organized Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Understands construction workflow Interested in long-term growth with the company Compensation Structure Starting salary: $4,000/month (W-2) Performance bonuses are paid when qualified leads convert into signed construction contracts.Bonus eligibility is based on:
Proper lead qualification Accurate CRM documentation Timely follow-up Successful dispatch coordination Bonus structure will be tied to project value and monthly conversion performance.
