From large-scale remodels to value-boosting additions like hot tubs, bunk rooms, and game spaces, our mission is to help property owners elevate both their rental income and guest experience. We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction side of our projects, from coordinating contractors to conducting nationwide site visits. Responsibilities Develop detailed scopes of work that optimize the space for vacation rental use Source, vet, and manage contractors and subcontractors across various states Obtain and compare multiple bids to ensure quality and cost-efficiency Oversee construction progress, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects Conduct on-site inspections and walkthroughs to ensure work meets quality standards Consult with clients on timelines, budgets, and scope adjustments as needed Align construction phases with install and design timelines Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and clients Requirements Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and contractors remotely Strong organizational and communication skills Must be comfortable with frequent travel (air and ground) to job sites nationwide (typically quick one night trips a couple times a month total) Experience in vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or hospitality construction is a plus Familiarity with building codes, permitting, and remodel work Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing project loads 2+ years of experience in construction project management is preferred, but not required if relevant skills can be shown in other ways Compensation Salary + bonuses: Earn a salary and make bonuses based on the percentage of total construction costs managed per project Full-time workload, with fluctuation in hours based on current project volume All travel expenses are paid for by company
