Job Description As the Project Manager - Commercial Construction, you will be a key hire for this new Denver operation, reporting into senior leadership and acting as the on-the-ground lead for multiple projects. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Denver) we are seeking: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Background in ground-up and/or multi-site commercial work (e.g., retail, light industrial, financial, education, or service-based facilities) Comfortable being "on the ground floor" - building processes, relationships, and local presence in a new market Strong financial acumen: able to manage budgets, track project profitability, and contribute to margin improvements Excellent subcontractor and vendor management skills; well-versed in local Denver market trades is a plus Confident communicator who can represent the business with owners, franchisees, and corporate clients Proficient in construction project management software and standard reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Self-motivated, low-ego team player who thrives with autonomy but values culture, integrity, and doing things the right way What's on

Offer Base Salary:

Approximately $100,000 - $120,000 (flexibility for the right Project Manager)

Bonus:
