Job Description As the Project Manager - Commercial Construction, you will be a key hire for this new Denver operation, reporting into senior leadership and acting as the on-the-ground lead for multiple projects. Manage ground-up and renovation projects across the Denver metro, from pre-construction through closeout Take full ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and safety across multiple concurrent jobs Coordinate closely with field Superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders Lead client communication, ensuring a best-in-class, repeat-business experience on every project Assist with estimating, bid reviews, and subcontractor selection as the pipeline continues to grow Implement and maintain project management systems, reporting, and documentation Help shape and replicate the company's strong, values-driven culture in a new market as additional hires are made MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Denver) we are seeking: Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Background in ground-up and/or multi-site commercial work (e.g., retail, light industrial, financial, education, or service-based facilities) Comfortable being "on the ground floor" - building processes, relationships, and local presence in a new market Strong financial acumen: able to manage budgets, track project profitability, and contribute to margin improvements Excellent subcontractor and vendor management skills; well-versed in local Denver market trades is a plus Confident communicator who can represent the business with owners, franchisees, and corporate clients Proficient in construction project management software and standard reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Self-motivated, low-ego team player who thrives with autonomy but values culture, integrity, and doing things the right way What's on
Offer Base Salary:
Approximately $100,000 - $120,000 (flexibility for the right Project Manager)
Bonus:
Significant annual bonus potential, commonly in the $20,000 - $50,000 range, tied to project profitability and performance
