This role combines sales, project management, and vendor coordination, requiring strong communication and execution skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Development Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors (GCs), subcontractors, and Customers Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients locally and nationally Identify project opportunities and generate proposals/estimates Drive revenue growth through new and repeat business High Level Project Management Manage projects alongside our PM Team from award to completion Coordinate schedules, budgets, and deliverables Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle Vendor & Subcontractor Management Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including: Material suppliers Labor/subcontractors Engineers Logistics providers Equipment rental companies Track vendor performance, costs, and timelines Internal Coordination Collaborate with internal teams, including: Logistics Fabrication Equipment rentals Ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery of resources Permitting & Compliance Work with local municipalities to secure permits and approvals Ensure all projects meet regulatory and safety requirements Qualifications Experience working as a subcontractor in support of general contractors (GCs) Background in: Industrial construction sales Project management Vendor coordination Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed Preferred Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects Existing relationships with contractors or vendors Proven ability to close deals and manage project profitability What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure.
