Job Description
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Wolf Creek Contracting is a general contractor serving commercial, industrial, and municipal markets in states across the eastern United States. Services we provide include general contracting, design-build, construction management, concrete, civil, industrial, new construction, additions and renovations, and streetscapes. The Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills, and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of commercial construction projects that Wolf Creek Contracting undertakes. Supervises crew and prioritizes work. Monitor crew work for quality. Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines. Conducts regular safety meetings. Fulfills all regular and advanced project duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner. Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe. Enforces all company safety policies and procedures. Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures. Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crewmember discipline and documentation. Submits crewmembers' timesheets into payroll by deadline. High school degree or equivalent, AS degree in Construction Management a plus Minimum of 5 years related experience in concrete or construction No less than 3 years of responsibility supervising construction A minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related OSHA 10 and 30 preferred
