Multifamily Construction Project Superintendent Monroe, LA 71201 Full-time | On-site Competitive Salary + Bonuses _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Job Summary:
Equity Construction Co. of Monroe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in Monroe and across the state of Louisiana. Candidates MUST be available to travel up to 5 days a week to wherever the project is located. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on supervision, quality control, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and specialists Maintain schedules and ensure projects stay on time and within budget Implement quality control measures and safety regulations (OSHA compliance) Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Coordinate project communication between all stakeholders Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
5+ years of multifamily construction supervision experience Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction methods Experience with ground-up multifamily projects (projects over $15 million preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and soils reports Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software a plus

Schedule:
