Job Description

Summary of Job Description:
The Director, Construction Solutions leads and develops the Construction Solutions team, providing strategic direction across Construction Support, FF&E, and Rollout to enable scalable, high‑quality store development. This role establishes standardized processes, specifications, and governance while partnering cross‑functionally to deliver construction solutions that support key business objectives and long‑term growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides leadership across Construction, Equipment and Rollout functions, aligning teams to deliver consistent quality, scalable processes, and sustainable practices that support the company's long‑term growth strategy. Builds, leads, and develops high‑performing teams across multiple construction functions by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing performance feedback, and partnering with Construction leadership to attract and retain talent. Directs supplier strategy and sourcing execution for all owner‑supplied materials and vendors, collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize cost, reliability, responsiveness, and risk management across job sites. Leads cross‑functional equipment rollout initiatives in partnership with Operations Innovation, Engineering, Marketing, and Concept Innovation teams to deploy new equipment and programs on time, on budget, and in alignment with operational readiness. Establishes and continuously improves construction processes, ensuring contracts, purchase orders, vendor performance, and financial controls meet company standards while enabling speed, accuracy, and scalability. Works cross-functionally with Construction and Facilities to coordinate FF&E schedules, ensure quality execution for new and remodeled stores, and maintain dependable FF&E operations post-launch.

  • Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates Your background and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required.
10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment with increasing management responsibility Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range:
M4: $161,000 - $226,000 / Annual
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
